Huli si Leonaldo Soberano, 58, ng mga operatiba ng PNP AKG Visayas Field Office sa bago nitong pinagtataguan sa No. 863 cor. Diamond and Petal Sts. Brgy. San Agustin, San Fernando City sa bisa ng warrants of arrest dahil sa kasong rape at attempted homicide.
